In one camp in the Maligaya, Philippines, they have no money to pay the electric bill, and their houses are so stuck that light does not through the windows. The video shows how to solve the problem installing filled bottles with water in the ceiling, which they refract light and illuminate the house……Technology comes in all forms….innovation isn’t simply in industry…art isn’t the only thing beautiful in this world
